Return Policy

In all cases, in which with proven fault of ERIAL, incorrect products were sent (another product, another color code, quantity, pricing, etc.) or products of poor and defective quality and in all cases in which there was a problem / real defect in the product.

The following products parameters are not eligible for return, your choice of colour (there may be small deviations due to image resolution, shooting time, display device, etc.), products that have been damaged during transport (goods are ALWAYS traveling under the responsibility of the customer) as well as any other reason arising from your incorrect submission of the order.

In case the product is different from what you ordered, you can return it within two (2) working days from its receipt without shipping charge only if this is done through ELTA (Domestic Parcels - Basic Parcel Fees) for Greece. International customers are kindly requested to contact us before shipping.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the management of the goods other than that which is necessary for the determination of the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

In case of exercising the right of return of products by the consumer as above, Erial returns any payment received by the consumer, including, depending on the case, of the delivery costs, without undue delay and definitely within 5 working days from the date of receipt, using the same means of payment with those which the consumer has used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and on condition that the consumer is not charged with expenses resulting from the refund.

In derogation from the previous paragraph, Erial is not required to reimburse additional delivery costs if the consumer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by Erial (with ELTA – Domestic Parcels - Basic Parcel Fees) for Greece. Same applies for international customers that have not contacted us for instructions on the appropriate shipping method.

Any replacement or credit is made only after receipt of the product at the store of and after being checked and found after the inspection that it is subject to a replacement or credit procedure.
